Q1. May a student enroll part-time or full-time?
A. Yes.
Q2. May a student transfer courses from other accredited institutions or non-accredited sources?
A. Yes. If the course is taken from an accredited institution, a transcript sent from that institution to QHA is all that is needed for the course to be applied toward the QHA diploma requirements. If the course is taken from a non-accredited source, proof of completion is all that is needed for it to be applied toward QHA diploma requirements.
Q3. May a student enroll in our program and another program simultaneously and then transfer credits to the QHA transcript?
A. Yes
Q4. If preferred, may a parent teach a course and have it applied toward QHA diploma requirements?
A. Yes. At the completion of the course the following documentation is needed:
Final grade
A list of high school level texts used
Proof of completion (final)
Q5. Can Physical Education, Music, and similar courses be added to the QHA transcript?
A. Yes. At the completion of the course the following documentation is needed:
Final grade
A list of high school level texts used
Proof of completion (letter from music teacher, etc.)
